DESCRIPTION
This unusual hybrid forms a fountain-like clump of glossy brilliant dark red-burgundy foliage, 2-3 feet long, that emerges upright but becomes somewhat lax with age. Branched stems holding tiny white starry flowers appear above the foliage in summer giving of a jasmine fragrance.
