Botanical Name: Picea pungens glauca
Common Name: Colorado Blue Spruce
DESCRIPTION
Native to the Rocky Mountains, this beautiful conifer has silver bluish foliage. Very stiff, regular horizontal branches form a broad pyramidal Christmas tree shape. Since this variety of Picea is grown from seed there is some variation in the foliage color from blue to green.
