Herbaceous bushy perennials that bloom from early summer until frost. Large single or double, daisy-like flower heads in warms shades of red and yellow with orange or maroon bands. The grey to mid-green leaves are somewhat rough, inversely lance-shaped with smooth, lobed, or feather-like margins. Many cultivars or strains available, including dwarf or extra-large flowers.
