Return Policy

Our return policy is designed to make you safe and secure with your Bamboo Pipeline purchase: You are always able to say you are dissatisfied with the quality of a plant upon delivery and to leave it on our delivery truck, in which case we will provide an immediate credit for that item.

If you are unhappy with any of the plants in your order after delivery please contact us to arrange for a pick up or a credit. A restocking fee may apply.
